16yo Aussie, Billy Van Eerde, has won the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup in Sepang in the final race of the year. He finished second in the race which should have meant he came second in the championship but his main  rival who won the race clattered into another rider earning him a 27 second penalty elevating BVE to first with the crown.

He’s not called ‘Jackass’ for nothing

Aussie Jack Miller, affectionately known as ‘Jackass’, finished in his first ever pole position at the Argentinian MotoGP after risking slick tyres in the wet conditions. If anyone wondered why MotoGP is so much better than the politically correct F1 this is why. Talk about putting it on the line!

Jack Miller walks away unscathed- how you might ask?

Aussie Moto GP rider Jack Miller had a huge off in Free Practice 4 at the French GP. Coming off the start/finish straight he lost control at 300km/h and was flung off after hitting a wall. Prognosis – shaken not stirred. A good advert for Dainese airbag leathers and AGV helmets.

Finally something in the Aussie trophy cabinet

Congratulations to Aussie Jack Miller for his first ever win in MotoGP at Assen in Holland. The race was in treacherous conditions and he managed to win on a satellite bike.

Miller moved to MotoGP from Moto 3 where he finished 2nd in the championship in 2014.
